I have the Bowflex Treadclimber TC5000 and I have lost a lot of weight and really slimmed and toned my abs and legs. But I think if you are looking for 6 pack abs you will need to do some strength training. Good Luck

You know the kind, the G3 My Little Pony dolls. I’m giving my old ones to good will, selling some on e-bay, and well, some of them have ink on them. Any ideas from experienced MLP collectors (or just regular collectors) on how to get that crap off without wrecking the pony? Just regular pen ink that’s been on them for about three years.

My sister has a very large collection of pins from Disneyland, some you have to trade with an employee to get and some are limited edition, while others are just ordinary disney pins. I am selling them on ebay should I sell them by theme, individually, or as a group and just sell the valuable ones seperately. Any tips on the best way to list and how to get the most money would be appreciated. Thanks.

Ebay has discusion forums where you can talk about virtually anything. I actually looked this up in their section the other day in “Disneyana”, and almost everyone agreed that dollar for dollar, you get more in the end if you sell the pins individually.

I just bought a serger a month ago. I was trying to do a 4-thread mock safety stitch and it working fine for 10 minutes and then the lower threaded stitching started to get tangled. I rethreaded it and checked for excess thread and then the lower threads still got tangled. The lower threads were tangled and a little loose. Even when I tightened it, it didn’t work. Help.

Fix for most sudden serger troubles:
1) Remove all thread from the machine… even take the cones off the spindles.
2) Quick de-linting
3) Change needles
4) Rethread in the specified order
My guess is that you’ve got a slightly dinged needle that is causing a timing issue so the stitches aren’t forming correctly.
See if your library has a copy of “Ultimate Serger Answer Guide” — it’s an excellent troubleshooting guide for new sergists. My copy lived next to the serger for the first year or so I owned the machine!

Question by Mysterious Person: Heartworm?
I have heard that it affects dogs and it comes from mosqitoes, but i have a few questions about it… first, is it actually a worm, or is that just the name of the disease (kind of like ringworm?) and also, can people and other animals get it as well? What are the chances that a dog with heart worm will die from it? (no i a do not have a dog with heartworm, i am just curious.)

yes they can die, yes it is a worm and no you can’t get it. the worms get into the animals heart and lay eggs. If you give treatment too late all the worms will release and kill the animals anyway. You have to kill them slowly. Painful for the animals

Languages vary from Dutch to French, although they do have their own language that is spoken among locals.
Germans were held up in Ypres in the beginning of WWI which allowed the French to set up their troops and brought the British empire into the world.
Amazing chocolate is found at a place called ‘Leonida’s’ (or something like that) and you can find it all over the country.
Capital is Brussels.
Other notable cities: Ypres (pronounced about 100 different way, but in Dutch is spelled something like ‘ieper’), Bruge and Antworp.
Cusine varies, but in Brussels, mussels are very popular.
Most famous goods are Chocolate and Crystals/Diamonds
Northeast of France, also borders the Netherlands

I use the I00 liquid foundation from Shiseido (lightest ivory shade), and I still am confused about which one of their loose powders will work for me. What’s the difference between loose powder colors? If they are translucent, why is there a shade?? I have somewhat uneven and sallow skin, so maybe I should go for beige or pink?

It depends on your skin colour and undertones. If you’re more yellowish, don’t go for the pink. Just match it up so that you don’t look like you have a different colour’d face than your neck/rest of your skin.
And transluscent means that it has a tint to it, but light can pass through it. It’s like transparent, but with colour.

Stay on the western side of the mountains. The climate is mild. The people arund here are very acepting and tolerent. You should have no problem. It’s a great place to live. Some sites: Seattle, Mt. Rainer Natl. Park, Puget Sound, Canada is only a couple of hours away.
