6. What's the difference between "interactive" conversion mode and "frame to frame" conversion mode?

-- In interactive mode, the Flash movie plays normally and the user can interact with it. It's the default setting.
In frame to frame mode, the program capture the frames in the main timeline of the Flash movie one by one, users can not interact with the movie even if it's a Flash game. In this mode, the sound of the movie can not be recorded.

7. The Flash movie contains sound, but the output video does not, why?

-- First you should check the audio settings to see if you have selected "No audio". If your choice is "Record from current Flash movie", then you should check the general settings to see if you have set "Conversion mode" to "Frame by frame". The sound of the Flash movie can not be recorded in this mode.

9. The output video quality is not good enough, how can I improve it?

-- The final output quality depends on the video codec and the video bit rate. A higher bit rate will lead to a better video quality and a larger file size. In AVI conversion type, you can click "Configure..." button to access the inner setup function provided by video codec itself. If the conversion type is MPEG, the video bit rate is fixed by default and can not be changed by user. Besides bit rate, video codec has an important influence on video quality. We suggest you use XVID or DIVX as the video codec when converting AVI if you have installed them. If you are still not satisfied with the video quality, you can select "Uncompressed" in the codec list. It has the highest video quality but the file size is also the largest.

10. The output video is not very fluent, how to improve it?

-- Real-time video capture is a CPU-comsuming task, and it highly depends on the performance of the computer. Although we've made lots of efforts, there would sometimes still be lack of fluency of the output video. When you encounter this problem, you can reduce the size or frame rate of the output video (for AVI) to see if there's any improvment. If this still does not help much, there's only one solution left: upgrade the hardware of your computer.

11. The converted AVI file can be played on the computer on which I did the conversion, but cannot be played on other computers, why?

-- To play a AVI file compressed with a video encoder, the respective video decoder should be installed on the computer. You should check if the disired video decoder has been installed.
